Why does it need Full Disk Access?

Xcode caches, simulators, and dev-tool folders live in protected locations that sandboxed apps cannot read. FDA lets MacSlimber scan those paths locally. Nothing is uploaded — the app has no network access.

What does MacSlimber clean?

Eleven scan categories: Xcode, dev tools, app caches, system caches, trash & downloads, large files, duplicates, iOS backups, iCloud downloads, plus startup items and privacy data. Smart Cleanup builds a safe plan from your scan.

Does it send any data over the network?

No. MacSlimber has no network entitlement. It cannot phone home, sync, or report usage.

Why isn't it on the App Store?

App Sandbox blocks access to Xcode folders, simulator data, and most developer caches. A direct notarized download is the only way to clean those paths.

What macOS versions are supported?
